Viewing mail messages in the Inbox

The Workmail default page is the Inbox. The Inbox stores all your incoming messages. After you have read your messages, you can reply to them, delete them, or store them for future use.

To view mail messages in the Inbox:

  1. Click the Messages icon.
  2. Select the appropriate message folder from the Browse Folder drop-down list.
  3. Click the hyperlink in the From column next to the message you want to view.
    The contents of the message are displayed as either a text message or a hyperlink to a report.
  4. After you have read the message, you can do any of these actions:
    • Click Reply to send a response to the sender of the original message.
    • Click Reply All to respond to all recipients of the original message.
    • Click Forward to send the message to another Workmail user.
    • Click Previous to read the previous message.
    • Click Next to read the next message.
    • Click Delete to move the message to the Deleted folder.
    • Click Close to close the current message and return to the Inbox.
