Requesting shift trades in mobility

Employees can request shift trades from the My Schedule page in the mobility app using a smartphone or tablet. They can request a shift giveaway to have a specified substitute employee take one of their assigned shifts. They can also request a shift swap to trade one of their assigned shifts for a shift assigned to another employee.
