Qualifications for Time and Attendance shift trades

Job qualifications are validated when employees request a shift swap for a shift created in Time and Attendance. The validation ensures that the selected substitute employee matches the job required to perform the shift. Shift swap requests are rejected if the substitute employee does not have the required job.

Skills are not considered as a qualification factor for employees when trading Time and Attendance shifts.
