Pending and active shift posts
Employees can see which shifts they have posted to the billboard by opening the
My Billboard List popup in the Billboard tab. In this popup, the Pending Post section
includes shifts where the billboard post requires approval, or must complete some other
process, before the shift can be claimed by other employees. The Active
Post section includes shifts that have been successfully posted and that can be
claimed by other employees. Employees can click shifts in the My Billboard
List pop-up to view the shift details or to withdraw the shift post.
In the My Schedule tab, icons are displayed on
shifts that have been posted to the billboard. Shifts are displayed with the active post icon
(
) or the pending post icon (
) depending on the posting status.
Billboard icons are displayed in these locations:
- Shift cards in the My Schedule tab.
- Shift cards in the My Scheduled Events section of the Billboard tab.
- Shift details pop-ups.
