Skills in MVS

Employees must have the required skills for a shift and meet or exceed the required proficiency level to see or claim MVS shifts in Shift Billboard. When an employee logs into the Shift Billboard, they only see the shifts that they meet the skill requirements for. This applies whether the skills are mandatory or non-mandatory.
