Viewing shift cards on Billboard Manager

You can access Billboard Manager through the Admin Portal or Self-service Portal.
  1. From the homepage, select Scheduling > Billboard Manager.
  2. To view shifts pending supervisor action, select Pending Actions.
  3. To view actively posted shifts, select Active Posts.
  4. Specify the date range in the Date field or click the calendar icon.
    Note: The earliest date to select is the current date. You can select a maximum of 42 days for the date range.
  5. To filter the displayed shift cards, click the filter icon.
  6. Specify this information:
    Post Status
    Select one or more check boxes to filter search results by post status.
    This option is not applicable to Pending Actions and Active Posts tabs.
    Shift Status
    Select one or more check boxes to filter search results by shift status.
    This option is not applicable to Pending Actions and Active Posts tabs.
    Show only shifts with bids
    Specify this section to filter search results by shifts with or without bids.
    Offer Type
    Specify this section to filter search results by offer type.
    Claim Type
    Specify this section to filter search results by claim type.
    Post Origin
    Specify this section to filter search results by post origin.
    Shift Type
    Specify this section to filter search results by shift types.
    Start Time
    Specify the start time to filter shifts based on time of day.
    End Time
    Specify the end time to filter shifts based on time of day.
    Billboard Groups
    Specify the billboard groups to include in this filter. You can use DBLookUp to view the list of available options.
    Teams
    Specify the name of the teams to include in this filter. You can use DBLookUp to view the list of available options.
    Include sub-teams
    Optionally, select this check box to add the schedules of sub-teams for the selected teams.
    Shift Labels
    Specify the shift labels to include in this filter. You can use DBLookUp to view the list of available options.
    Jobs
    Specify the jobs in shifts to include in this filter. You can use DBLookUp to view the list of available options.
    Activities
    Specify the activities used in shifts to include in this filter. You can use DBLookUp to view the list of available options.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. To sort the displayed shift cards, click the sort icon. You can sort the shift cards by shift date, job, or team.
