My Profile

The My Profile page has two tabs:

  • At a Glance
  • Balances

At a Glance

The Contact Information section at the top of the At a Glance tab shows your contact information. Leaving this section blank results in displaying a question mark icon with the message “Contact information is not available".

If you have the necessary permissions, you can update your contact details. See Updating contact information.

The Action section has these links:

  • My Availability Calendar: Opens the availability calendar.
  • My Availability Pattern: Opens the availability form. You can make an availability request based on the core Availability form.
  • Change Password: Opens a new page for changing your password.
    Note: The change password functionality is only relevant if Workforce Management is used to control user passwords. Security groups without existing permissions cannot use the change password functionality.

The Employment Information section presents key information from your employee record.

Balances

The Balances tab shows balance names and their respective values.
