Accessing the Self Service Portal through Infor Go

For users of Infor Go, access to the Self Service Portal is controlled through the InforGO_DefaultApp registry parameter.

In Infor Go, users access WFM using the Infor WFM option. If the registry parameter is set to Portal, users are directed to the Self Service Portal. If the registry parameter is set to Mobility, users are directed to the mobility application.

For new implementations, the registry is set to Portal by default. For upgrades for existing customers, the registry is set to Mobility by default. If a value is not provided in the registry, then Portal is used as the default.

Note: For users accessing WFM through Infor Go, the default application does not apply.
