Hiding the floating action button

As a system administrator, you can hide the floating action button for users in security groups that do not require clocking options.

  1. In the desktop application, select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Forms.
  2. Click Edit beside the SS_PORTAL_CLOCK maintenance form.
  3. Scroll down to the Maintenance Form Groups section.
  4. For each security group, select NONE from the Permissions drop-down to hide the floating action button or select EDIT to show the floating action button.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the Maintenance Form Groups section.
