Determining the employees eligible for the survey

The Survey Employee Eligibility Conditions form determines which types of employees will be presented this survey. For example, you can enable the survey for employees assigned to specific calculation groups, pay groups, or shift patterns. You can create as many survey eligibility conditions as required.

  1. Select Maintenance > Surveys > Survey Setup.
  2. Click Edit next to the survey to update.
  3. In the Survey Employee Eligibility Conditions section, click the new row icon to add an eligibility condition.
  4. Specify this information:
    Survey Condition
    Select a survey condition from the lookup. These parameters are supported:
    • EMP_NAME: Employee name
    • EMP_DAY_START_TIME: Employee day start time
    • SHFTPAT_NAME: Shift pattern name
    • CALCGRP_NAME: Calculation group name
    • PAYGRP_NAME: Pay group name
    • EMP_HIRE_DATE: Employee hire date
    • EMP_SENIORITY_DATE: Employee seniority date
    • EMP_TERMINATION_DATE: Employee termination date
    • EMP_STATUS: Employee status
    • EMP_FLAG1-20: Employee flag 1-20
    • EMP_VAL1-20: Employee value 1-20
    • EMP_DEF_MINUTES: Employee default minutes
    • EMP_FULLTIME: Employee full time
    • TZ_NAME: Time zone name
    • EMP_SENIORITY_NUMBER: Employee seniority number
    • EMPTYP_NAME: Employee type name
    • EMPWRKTYP_NAME: Employee work type name
    • EMP_FTE: Employee full time equivalent
    • EMP_PENDING: Employee pending
    Survey Condition Operator
    Select an operator for the survey condition from the lookup. Supported operators are EQ (equals), NE (not equals), IN (in), and NOTIN (not in).
    Survey Employee Eligibility Condition Value
    Specify the value for the survey condition. When using the IN or NOTIN operators, specify a list of values separated by commas. For example, HOURLY, MANAGEMENT.
  5. Optionally, repeat the previous two steps to add more eligibility conditions.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the Survey Employee Eligibility Conditions form.
