Localizing the employee wellness check prompt

For the wellness check prompt, you can localize the message text and the labels for the "Yes" and "No" buttons.

Note: The text of the buttons are localizable, but the action is static. When the "Yes" button is clicked, the rejected clock message is displayed and the clock is rejected. When the "No" button is clicked, the clock transaction will continue.
  1. Select Maintenance > Surveys > Survey Prompt Setup.
  2. Click Edit next to the WELLNESS_CHECK_CONFIRM prompt.
  3. To localize the message text, update the localized description for each applicable locale in the Survey Prompt Data Localization section.
  4. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the Survey Prompt Data Localization section.
  5. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Domains.
  6. Click Edit beside the WORKBRAIN_SYSTEM domain.
  7. To localize the "Yes" button, locate the SURVEY_WELLNESS_CHECK_YES text name in the Text Localization section.
  8. Update the localized value for each applicable locale.
  9. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the Text Localization section.
  10. To localize the "No" button, locate the SURVEY_WELLNESS_CHECK_NO text name in the Text Localization section.
  11. Update the localized value for each applicable locale.
  12. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the Text Localization section.
