Clock reader mapping
Different clock readers are used for clocks depending on how the user has accessed the
Self Service Portal.

There are three standard clock readers for the Self Service Portal in Workforce Management: External Reader, Infor Go Reader, and Self Service Portal Reader.
This table describes how the three readers are used for clocks entered in the Self Service Portal.
| Reader | Description |
|---|---|
| External Reader | Used when clocks are entered from an external source, such as a Ming.le widget or an API. |
| Infor Go Reader | Used when clocks are entered from Infor Go, in either a mobile device or a tablet. |
| Self Service Portal Reader | Used when clocks are entered from the Self Service Portal Reader after the user has access it directly, not through Infor Go. |
