Assigning a school calendar to an employee

Follow these steps to assign a student employee to a school calendar.

Before this procedure is performed, both the calendar and the employee must exist.

  1. From the main menu of Infor Workforce Management, navigate to Maintenance > Employee, locate the employee and select the Edit field for the employee.
  2. Scroll down on the maintenance form for the Employee Schools field. Filter to locate the school that you want to assign to the employee.
  3. Select Save.
    The requirements for hours configured for the school will be applied to the employee.
