Rule: Minimum Days Per Calendar Month
This rule specifies the minimum number of days that employees must be scheduled in each calendar month.
- Overview
- The Minimum Days Per Calendar Month rule determines whether an employee is assigned to shifts on at least the number of days specified for a calendar month. This rule counts the number of days when the employee is scheduled to a shift across the month. Shifts must have work dates during the month to be included in the total number of scheduled days for the month. A violation happens when the number of scheduled days is less than the specified minimum.
- Violation Area
- Violations count against the appropriate month.
- Example
- For example, employees must be scheduled to a minimum of 15 days per calendar month.
