This rule specifies the minimum number of days that employees must be scheduled in each calendar month.

Overview

The Minimum Days Per Calendar Month rule determines whether an employee is assigned to shifts on at least the number of days specified for a calendar month. This rule counts the number of days when the employee is scheduled to a shift across the month. Shifts must have work dates during the month to be included in the total number of scheduled days for the month. A violation happens when the number of scheduled days is less than the specified minimum.
