Adding shifts to schedule bids
To add shifts to a schedule bid:
- Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
- Click Edit beside the schedule bid to which you want to add a shift.
- In the Schedule Bid Shifts section, click the new row icon to add a row.

Specify this information:
- Job Id
- Select the job that is part of the bid.
- Start Time
- Specify a starting time for the shift.
- End Time
- Specify an ending time for the shift.
- Date
- Select a date for the shift using the lookup.
- Positions Needed
- Specify the number of positions that are needed for the bid.
- Repeat the previous two steps to add more shifts to the schedule bid.
- Click Save when you are finished adding shifts.
