Adding bid periods
To add bid periods:
- Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
- Click Edit beside the schedule for which you want to set up a bid period.
- In the SB Bid Period section, click the new row icon to add a row.

Specify this information:
- Bid Period Start Time
- Select the start date and time for the bid period.
- Bid Period End Time
- Select the end date and time for the bid period.
- Repeat the previous two steps to add more bid periods to the schedule bid.
- Click Save when you are finished adding bid periods.
