Assigning bid shift or shift patterns to employees

You can only assign shifts or shift patterns to employees after the bid window has been closed. If the bid is still open, you will be notified that the bid is not yet closed.

To assign bid shift or shift patterns to employees:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Admin.
  2. Select the check box beside the schedule bid for which you want to assign shifts or shift patterns to employees.
  3. From the Select drop-down list, select Assign Shift Patterns/Shifts.
    The shift or shift pattern assignments are sent to the employee’s schedule. If an employee has no assigned shift or shift pattern, then nothing is sent to their schedule.
  4. Click Execute.
