Selecting the information to display

By default, each day in the Supervisor Approval Worksheet shows the number of hours for which the employee was scheduled, the number of hours worked, and the pay based on both the hours scheduled and the hours worked. You can select which of these values you want to show.

  1. In the SAW, click the gear icon above the upper right corner of the grid to display the selection popup.
  2. Select or deselect each of these check boxes to adjust the data that is displayed:
    • Worked: Shows or hides the Worked field in both the hours section and the pay section for each day.
    • Sched: Shows or hides the Sched field in both the hours section and the pay section for each day.
    • $$$: Shows or hides the pay section for each day. The pay section shows the pay earned based on the hours scheduled and the hours worked.
      Note: If the pay for a day is 0, this section shows Sched: OFF and Worked: $0.00. To change the value that is displayed for an unpaid day to something other than OFF, you can update the localization of the SAW_OFF_DAY field in config mode.
    • Hrs: Shows or hides the hours section for each day. This is the upper section that shows the hours scheduled and the hours worked.
  3. Click the gear icon again to close the popup and apply your changes.
