Editing and analyzing schedules
After a self-scheduling process closes, you can analyze any schedule compliance violations using the Multiview Scheduler (MVS) or by creating a report. You can use the MVS to view and manage self-scheduling processes and edit the process details as you are analyzing schedules.
To edit an open self-scheduling process, you must first pause the process. Pausing the process prevents you from editing a shift simultaneously as the employees.
Analyzing RTSS compliance violations
After a self-scheduling process has closed, you can create an RTSS Compliance Violations report to analyze any rule violations that occurred as part of the RTSS process. This report analyzes the schedules of employees that selected RTSS shifts during the process for RTSS rule violations. The schedules analyzed include shifts that were assigned to the employees outside of the RTSS process. This report does not analyze the RTSS process or overall schedule for schedule compliance violations. Before creating a report, you must set up a RTSS Compliance Violations Report task in the Job Scheduler.
