Detailed Productivity Hours Report
The Detailed Productivity Hours Report shows target and actual Hours by team, Direct/Indirect and by Target Group. It allows the user to identify whether a team has exceeded the target cost or the target cost per unit of service. This report also shows a breakdown of hours and percent (%) by hour type.
This report requires that you first complete the preliminary configuration tasks.
