Unregistering reports
The Report Registration Wizard can also be used to unregister reports.
- Select Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Report Registration Wizard.

Click Remove a report
from the system.
The Report Directory page lists all the non-core application reports. The reports are organized by menu parent grouping with all child reports listed in alphabetical order.
- Select the report you want to remove and click Next.
- Click Remove to continue to remove the selected report.

Click
OK.
Note: Unregistering a report from the application does not delete the report. To remove a report permanently, you must delete the report from the Cognos server. Contact your system administrator.

To clear the report entry from My Reports, you can unload the application
cache:

Navigate to Maintenance > System Administration > Console Mode.
A new row of buttons is displayed at the top of the page.
- Under the Unload Cache heading, click All to clear the application cache.
- Click Hide.
- Refresh the page.
