Implementing a Birst dashboard in WFM

Birst dashboards must be fully implemented by Infor Services before they can be displayed in WFM. If you are interested in using Birst dashboards in WFM, you must first engage with Infor Services to fully implement this Birst functionality.

The functionality that is available in the Birst dashboard will depend upon the implementation decisions and business requirements of the solution you choose. An Infor Services team or another implementation team can build the KPIs and Birst dashboard for you and this must be done before you can display it in WFM.

For the functionality that is available in the toolbars and menus of the Birst dashboard, you will have to work with your implementation partners/Infor Services to determine which part of it is exposed to the user and available in WFM. For example, you may choose to lock down certain functionality in the KPI's and Birst dashboard, while other implementations may choose to expose the majority of these features.
