Adding an application workflow for content update
To update content you must add an application workflow
with four steps.
- Select Birst in Infor OS Portal.
- Select ADMIN > Orchestration.
- Click More Actions and select Application Workflow.
- Specify this information:
- Workflow Name
- Specify SMD WFM Operations Update.
- Source Application
- Select WFM MT Reporting.
- Target Application
- Select Workforce Management Analytics.

To add the first step, click Add a new
step and add a task with these parameters:
- Select a task type
- Select Copy Space.
- Source Space
- Select ModelSpace.
- Target Space
- Select ModelSpace.
- Mode
- Select Replicate.
- Options
- Specify repository;data;catalog;conditions;connectors;color-palettes;custom-subject-areas;dashboardstyles;catalog:DB2Bookmarks;CustomGeoMaps.xml;spacesettings.xml;SavedExpressions.xml;DrillMaps.xml;settings-basic;themes;packages.

To add the second step, click Add a new
step and add a task with these parameters:
- Select a task type
- Select Copy Space.
- Source Space
- Select ConsumerSpace.
- Target Space
- Select ConsumerSpace.
- Mode
- Select Replicate.
- Options
- Specify repository;data;catalog:shared/Infor Reporting WFM Operational;conditions;connectors;color-palettes;custom-subject-areas;dashboardstyles;catalog:DB2Bookmarks;CustomGeoMaps.xml;spacesettings.xml;SavedExpressions.xml;DrillMaps.xml;settings-basic;themes;packages.

To add the third step, click Add a new
step and add a task with these parameters:
- Select a task type
- Select Repoint Packages.
- Parent Source Space
- Select ModelSpace.
- Repoint to Parent Target Space
- Select ModelSpace.
- Child Target Space
- ConsumerSpace.

To add the fourth step, click Add a new
step and add a task with these parameters:
- Select a task type
- Select Repoint Connection.
- Source Space
- Select ModelSpace.
- Repoint from Connection
- Select Connections.
- Repoint to Connection
- Select Connections.
- Save the workflow.
