SEND_TO_VIRTUAL_ROLES

This parameter is used to control the sending of Workmail Alerts to users who are assigned the same role (includes virtual roles), for example, supervisors or team leads. When this parameter is set to TRUE, the RoleGroup node will send interactions and interaction messages to all users assigned the virtual role on the sender’s team (e.g., supervisor). When this parameter is set to FALSE (default), interactions and interaction messages will only be sent to one user, even if the role is a virtual role.
