OVERLAP_MINUTES

This parameter represents the number of minutes of allowable overlap time between a traded shift and an employee's existing shift. For example, this registry parameter is set to 60, and Employee A is scheduled to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employee A can accept a shift trade that adds a shift to their schedule that starts as early as 4:00 PM or one that ends as late as 10:00 AM. The shift trade would be rejected if the traded shift overlapped an existing shift by more than one hour.
Overlap minutes are not relevant when employees perform a two-way trade of entire shifts where the shift times overlap by any amount of time. Shift trades are allowed in these cases because the existing shift is given away when the employee is assigned to the traded shift.
Note: MVS shifts do not support overlap minutes. Shift trades including MVS shifts are rejected if the shift being traded overlaps an existing shift by any length of time. - Valid Values:
