This parameter is used to specify whether Employee DBLookup results are sorted. This parameter is used when the user is a power user (i.e., whose Users Detail/WBU Is Power flag has been turned on/checked) and this parameter has been set to TRUE, Employee DBLookup results are sorted.

Due to the large number of employees that power users can see, setting this parameter to TRUE will hinder application/database performance. Therefore, the default value is FALSE so that all employee records are displayed (not necessarily in order), where the user can further search within the lookup to narrow down the results.
