ALWAYS_ON_MINUTES

This parameter controls, in part, when to treat UNKNOWN clock swipes as ON swipes.

If the time between an UNKNOWN (clock type 10) swipe and the last clock swipe is greater than the value of MAX_LOOK_BACK_MINUTES and ALWAYS_ON_MINUTES, then the clock swipe is assumed to be an ON type clock (clock type 2).

Any integer value, measured in minutes.
