SHIFT_OFFER_SVC

Description:

This registry parameter enables customers to configure the Mobile Shift Offer feature to use the default Blue Yonder/Vortex service or a custom service. The registry parameter is set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA by default, which configures Mobile Shift Offer to use the Blue Yonder/Vortex service. Customers using the Blue Yonder/Vortex service must complete the authentication setup and specify contact information for employees as UDF values.

Note: The Blue Yonder/Vortex service is one of the supported service for Mobile Shift Offer in multi-tenant deployments of WFM. Multi-tenant customers using Mobile Shift Offer must set this registry parameter to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA.

Amazon Connect and Twilio are also available for multi-tenant customers. Customers implementing Amazon Connect or Twilio must work with Infor to enable this option. Contact Infor Support for more information.

The registry parameter for Amazon Connect must be set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceAWS.

The registry parameter for Twilio must be set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceTwilio.
