TS_APPLY_OVR_ON_INSERT

This parameter controls how newly inserted overrides are applied to the timesheets.

When set to True, overrides bypass the pending stage and are applied directly to the timesheet as soon as users submit them from override pop-ups.

When set to False, applied overrides are first sent to the pending stage.
