This registry parameter specifies the offset day when the shift pattern mass
recalculation starts.

This registry parameter specifies the offset date when the date range starts for the recalculation initiated by the SHIFT_PATTERN_MASS_RECALC_ON_OPEN registry parameter. The offset date is the current date plus the number of days specified in this registry parameter. The recalculation starts on the offset date and goes for the number of days specified in the SHIFT_PATTERN_MASS_RECALC registry parameter.
