PUBLISH_SCHEDULE_USE_THREAD

This parameter determines whether schedule publishing occurs as a foreground or as a background process when publishing schedules. When set to true, the schedule is published in a background process, allowing the user to perform other tasks within the same session. A Workmail message is sent when the process is complete. When set to false, schedules are published in a foreground process and the user cannot perform any other tasks until publication has been completed.
