REJECTION_COMMENTS

This parameter controls whether comments are disallowed, optional, or required when employees reject time attestation records in mobility or the Self Service Portal.

The parameter accepts these values:

• NONE: Employees are not presented with the ability to include comments when rejecting their time attestation. This is the default.
• OPTIONAL: Employees have the option of including rejection comments, but are not required to do so.
• REQUIRED: Employees are required to include a comment with their rejection. Rejecting a time attestation without including a comment is not permitted.

You can also control the behavior of rejection comments in the Workforce Management application in Maintenance > System Administration > Time Approval Settings by setting the Rejection Comments field.
