ALLOW_OFFLINE_CLOCKING

When set to true, offline clocking is enabled. Employees can record real-time clocking events from the mobile offline page when no connection is available. These offline clocks are stored in the local storage of the user's browser until a connection has been re-established. When the connection has been re-established, any offline clocks are converted to pending clock transactions for processing by the system.
