WTS_DISCOUNT_HOURS

This parameter controls whether break time in Elapsed Time overrides are subtracted from the total hours.

When set to Y, after applying Elapsed Time overrides, the time of any breaks is subtracted from the total hours. The amount of break time is determined from the shift definition. For example, if an employee records an eight hour Elapsed Time override for a shift with a half an hour break, the work summary would be 3.75 hours of work, followed by .5 hours of break, and another 3.75 hours of work.

When set to N, any break time is added to the total time of Elapsed Time overrides. So that an eight hour shift with a half hour break would generate 4 hours of work, .5 hours of break, and another 4 hours of work.
