CUSTOMERDATAEVENT

This parameter allows you to create a custom implementation to extend the functionality of the DataEvent class.

Data events are a means of extending the WFM calculation engine with registered custom code. Custom data events are not recommended as an implementation tool unless deemed necessary during the implementation process.
