Editing a Master Rotation

You can edit a Master Rotation (MR) to plot the shifts and labor metrics in the base schedule rotation before activating the MR. In an activated MR, you can create new rotation row versions or change employee assignments to modify the schedule. An MR must be processed to put the initial schedule, or any schedule changes, into use.

Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Master Rotation > Manage Master Rotation.
Click Edit for the MR that you would like to edit.
If the MR is in DRAFT status, it is displayed in the MR edit screen. If the MR has been activated, select the date range you would like to view in the Start and End fields and then click Go.

Note: When opening an MR with a large number of rows, a message is displayed if the selected date range is long enough to cause slow performance. You can click Yes to continue loading the selected date range, or click No to select a shorter date range, which may load faster.

The MR is displayed in the MR edit screen.
