Configuring skills to be available for shifts

As of release 2024.04, customers can, through configuration, require that skills are among the properties validated when identifying employees to cover the new shift. Previously, skills had to be assigned individually to a shift. This section provides the basic steps to perform the configuration and sends you to the appropriate topics for the details.

When this configuration is completed, when shifts are added, skills are included in the configuration.
