Adding rows to an OTS schedule or DRAFT MR

Adding rows to an OTS schedule or DRAFT MR adds the new rows for the entire schedule period.

  1. Edit the MR or OTS.
  2. Right-click inside the Employee column of the row where you would like to add the new rows.
  3. Select Before to add the new rows before the selected row, or select After to add the rows after the selected row.
  4. Specify the number of rows you would like to add to the schedule and click Update.
  5. In the Row Name field, specify the names for each row.
  6. In the Job field, specify the job for each row.
  7. Optionally, if you are adding more than one row, you can specify the row details for all the rows in the gray row at the top of the table:
    Row Name - Prefix
    Specify a prefix that is applied to the row names for all the new rows. For example, if you specify RN, rows 2 and 3 are updated to rows RN2 and RN3.
    Row Name - Index
    Specify a number that is used as the initial row number for the new row names. The number increases by one for each row after the first. For example, if you specify 5 when adding three rows, the row names are updated to 5, 6, and 7.
    Job
    Specify a job that is used for every new row.
  8. Click Submit.
The new rows are added to the schedule.
