Opening presets

Opening a preset loads the schedule for the units and selection parameters saved in the preset.

  1. Click Scheduling > Multiview Scheduler > Central Staffing > Central Staffing.
  2. Click inside the Preset field and select the preset you would like to load.
The schedule is loaded using the options saved in the preset. If the preset includes float pool selection criteria, the float pool unit and options are loaded in the Float Pool Zone.
