Copying on-call shifts

On-call shifts can be copied using Mass Edit or Details Edit. When copying shifts, the on-call time is always displayed as the last detail in each shift.

Example: Copying an on-call shift

A shift (OC-D) exists in the CARDIO team. The OC-D shift contains 7:00 to 19:00 on-call time. In addition, the shift contains 9:00 to 17:00 work time while on-call, and a meal break from 13:00 to 13:30.

When you copy the shift in Mass Edit mode, the details are displayed in this order:

  • Work time (WRK) is displayed as the first detail
  • Break time (BRK) is displayed as the next detail
  • On-call time is displayed as the last detail
