Selecting float pool units

When float pool units are selected, employees are listed in the Float Pool Zone if they are scheduled to shifts on the units during the currently selected time range. Before you can select float pool units, at least one unit must be selected in the Schedule Zone.

  1. Open a schedule in Central Staffing.
  2. Click the Selection Criteria button (magnifying glass icon) in the Float Pool Zone.
  3. Select one or more float pool units in the Unit field.
  4. Optionally, specify additional selection criteria to filter the float pool employees.
  5. Click Load.
Employees that are assigned to the selected units during the currently selected time range are listed in the Float Pool Zone.
