Quick links in the Employee Pool

The header column in the Employee Pool displays the employee name and other information about the employee. Also provided in each employee cell in the header column, are these quick links:

• Open Employee Call Window

  The icon is a telephone. Opens the Employee Relief Calling window for the employee.

• Accept All

  The icon is a human figure and a plus sign (+). Accepts all of the current shift selections for this employee.

• Refuse

  The icon is a human figure and the letter X. Refuses all of the current shift selections for this employee and records the action in the call log. This rejection is not recorded in the Shift History.

• Reject Availability

  The icon is a human figure and the letter X. Rejects the current shift selections because the employee is not available and records the action in the call log. This rejection is not recorded in the Shift History.

• Reject Schedule Compliance

  The icon is a red box with a caution symbol inside. Rejects the current shift selections because there are schedule compliance violations. This rejection is not recorded in the Shift History, but is recorded in the call log.
