Grid cell visual indicators

This table shows the visual elements that you can view in the grid cells:

Icons

Visual Indicator Definition
A fold icon in the bottom-right corner indicates that a shift attributes or details have been edited.
A clock with plus icon indicates an overtime shift.
A circular-arrow icon indicates that the shift has a pending status. The circular-arrow icon is the generic icon for all pending statuses such as Pending Time Off Requests and Pending Shift Swap Requests.
A phone icon indicates that it is an on-call shift with work.
A hallow phone icon indicates that it is an on-call shift without work.
A bent arrow icon pointing downward indicates a Floated-To shift.
A note icon indicates that a note is attached to a shift.
A calendar with x icon indicates that a shift is Time Off.
A warning icon indicates that an employee, shift, or unscheduled day has unapproved compliance warning.
An error icon indicates that an employee, shift, or unscheduled day has a compliance error.
A lock icon indicates that the shift is locked for the current user.

This icon also represents other restrictions, such as inactive status, termination lock, or security group access limitations.

An hour-glass icon indicates that a shift, unscheduled day, or time off is being processed.
A message icon indicates the shift is posted to billboard.
A megaphone icon indicates that the shift is currently being broadcasted.
A calendar icon with arrow pointing to it indicates that the shift is currently in a Self Scheduling processed.
A person icon indicates that the shift is currently posted in relief.
A connected people icon indicates that the shift is out of context or the employee belongs to a different home team of the loaded schedule or grouping.

Schedule Card Side Bar

Visual Indicator Description
A shift cell with a turquoise-colored side bar is an Adhoc shift.
A shift cell without a colored side bar is a rotation shift or a shift created from MR or OTS.
A shift cell with a black side bar is a fully booked-off shift.
A shift cell with a half-black side bar is a partially booked-off shift.

Schedule Card Border

Visual Indicator Description
A shift cell with a line border is a published shift or Time Off.
A shift cell with a dashed border is not yet published.
A shift cell without a border is a published out of context shift.
A shift cell with a dotted border is an unpublished out of context shift.

Other

Visual Indicator Description
A shift displaying a number in the top-right corner indicates the number of merged duplicated unassigned shifts.
