Creating presets in the Relief Calling Area

As of version 2023.10, you can create presets to allow you to make faster selections in the Relief Calling Area.

This topic assumes you are already on the Relief Queue and have selected the open shifts to send to relief. If you need more information about how to access the Relief Queue or about fields that are not described here, search Documentation Central (docs.infor.com).

  1. Click Go to view the Relief Queue.
  2. In the Relief Calling Area page, click the plus sign (+) beside Employee Selection Criteria.
  3. Click Save as preset. The Preset Definition window is displayed.
  4. Specify a name for your preset.
  5. Specify filters, sorts, and dates for your preset in the other available fields.
  6. Click Save.

    Your new preset is now available in the drop down in the Preset field.
