Displaying non-MVS shifts in the RCA

In the Relief Calling Area (RCA), non-MVS shifts are displayed in the Employee Pool as read-only shifts. In addition, non-MVS shifts cannot overlap with relief shifts. The system blocks users from accepting a relief shift that overlaps with a non-MVS shift.
