Editing data elements on multiple shifts

You can edit data elements on multiple shifts. Editing data element fields for multiple shifts overwrites any edited values for all fields in all the selected shifts. Same as when editing data elements for a single shift, you can only edit data elements for multiple shifts when editing an OTS or MR in Schedule mode.

  1. Edit an MR or OTS.
  2. Hold CTRL and click the shifts for which you would like to edit data elements.
  3. Right click one of the selected shifts and select Data Elements.
    The Shift Data Elements pop-up is displayed.
  4. Specify the required information in the data element fields.
    Note: The names of these fields depends on the configuration that is set up by the system administrator.
  5. Click Submit.
All data element fields are updated for the selected shifts. A gray arrow indicator is displayed on the shifts to indicate that data elements have been updated.
