Changing the effective dates of an OTS template

You can change the effective dates of an OTS template that is in DRAFT status. This updates the effective start date and end date for all of the rows in the OTS template. Changing the OTS template's effective dates does not affect the OTS template's Start Date, which determines the day of the week that is considered Day 1 in the OTS template.
  1. Edit an OTS template that is in the DRAFT status.
  2. Click the Effective Dates button.
  3. Specify the new effective start date and effective end date and then click Update. The effective start date must not be earlier than the OTS template's Start Date.
