Row version status

Row versions have a status that indicates how the row version impacts the schedule. This table lists the row version statuses.

Status	Description
DRAFT	Row versions are in the DRAFT status when they are created. This is where the scheduler can edit the shifts and labor metrics on the row. The row version then must be activated to apply the changes to the MR or OTS template.
ACTIVE	The row version has been activated. The shifts and labor metrics are applied to the current schedule during the effective dates of the row version, unless they have been superseded by a row version with a higher version number.
INACTIVE	INACTIVE row versions are created when a row has been deleted or the MR or OTS template has been inactivated. The row does not generate any shifts or labor metrics during the effective dates of an INACTIVE row version.
