Activating an OTS template

You can activate an OTS template that is in DRAFT status.
  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > One-time Schedule > Manage One-time Schedule Templates.
  2. Click Edit for the OTS template you would like to activate.
  3. Click Activate.
  4. Click Activate to confirm.
The OTS template status is updated to ACTIVE. The OTS template can now be used to create new OTS schedules for the team.
