Viewing the total scheduled cost

  1. On the scheduling screen, click Display Options.
  2. Select the KPI Header to display the Cost KPI widget:
    Total Scheduled Cost
    The Cost KPI is demonstrated in $$. The system identifies activities that contribute to the schedule's cost for all employees within the selected period. The system then calculates the hours based on the activity codes. Finally, the employee base rate or job rate is multiplied by the calculated hours to determine the total scheduled cost.
